guf-show-demo:dual screen: Run two instances on each screen for dual espresso

Adapts weston.ini to use the kiosk shell and specify the app-ids to place one instance on each screen. Add a recipe that creats a hardlink as postinstall step, as simple way for a second app-id for the same app. Also adds a second systemd startup script to load the second instance.
