fnginstall Wait for MMC processes to complete before formatting

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge add_mmc_process_check into dunfell

Now the install process waits for all processes using the mmc to complete before performing the formatting steps. This is required because otherwise the partition table gets broken sometimes and the last three partitions are missing. Detected on trizeps mini (imx8mm)
