tanaro:eth0:NetworkManager remove eth0 config file

Removed the NM eth0 config file generation since gf-network-conf.sh generates an incorrect configuration file on TANARO. This is due to missing XML configurations and and leads to the fact that eth0 cannot be controlled with the NM. If no config file is present, NM automatically detects and configures the eth0 interface correctly.
