fng-install: Add message when the partitioning is done as sync for production tests

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge fng-install-add-sync-message into dunfell

The kernel message 'rereading partition table' us used in FT2 to sync the parallel start of tests during the installation. This message is not send in all cases anymore, so we explicitly print it out in the correct moment.
