Rework partition layout: rewrite install scripts for u-boot and fngsystem

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge add-u-boot-imstall-script into dunfell

The new partition layout is default for imx8 and has all partitions in the user part of an emmc ( should be compatible to sd card ) It is also ready for an A-B Boot mechanism.
