wayland,gfplatdetect: Use a find command to access gfplatdetect in sysfs

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge wayland-postinsts-fixup into dunfell

The sysfs path to the gfplatdetect entries did change, probably with the last kernel upgrade. Exchange the hardcoded path to a find to keep the wayland postinsts steps more stable.
