G&F device config: Add access scripts, configure rootfs during 1st boot

gf-conf-reader.sh: Access config.xml using xmlstarlet. Implement reading of most entries that have been available in the old sconfig.

gf-network-conf.sh Write Networkmanager connections based on the data read with gf-conf-reader, called during postinsts in 1st boot.

Add some helper scripts.
