CI:deploy and uploadftp: extends infrastructe again to set the image correctly

Jonas Höppner requested to merge add-infrastructure-to-deploy-job-again into master

Without this the image was not defined and the runners default image is used. This is against the concept to store image revisions in the commits to keep things running after an upgrade and didn't work because the default image has no python.
