CI: Create pipeline to deploy changes in gitlab-ci to all subprojects, include all CI implementations from there.

The .gitlab-ci.yml files all include the real implementation from this repo now. These changes also implement a pipeline to:

• Update the revision in all listed project using this repo
• Create integration branch and merge request in each project.
• Trigger the integration of these integration branches into the manifest projects.
• Trigger a build in the manifest projects containing all these changes.
