bblayers_seco-mx6-fsl.conf: Add bblayers file for fsl based mx6 boards
This adds bblayers_seco-mx6-fsl.conf. It is a copy of mx6 with Freescale layers (identical to mx8). And updates setup-environment to work with new "seco-mx6-fsl" machine.
