The tool may be used in a udev rule to set the calibration for
weston/libinput from a tslib pointercal.
Also be used to receive a libinput matrix from the weston
touchcalibration and store the result in a tslib pointercal file.
Third usage is to create a tslib pointercal with rotation set.
