qml:page: Add Debug page to app

This is a fix for issue [YT-100] Qt virtual keyboard isn't working.

The page contains a single TextEdit field to check virtual keyboard.

MR to add debug page to config: seco-ne/yocto/layers/meta-seconorth-distro!780 (merged).
