Fix backlight pwm creation

Felix Gerking requested to merge fix-backlight-pwms into dunfell

xml files containing a 'frequency' node for the backlight pwm, mode the tool change the backlight pwms node, but rendered it unreadable. The result was a missing display output. This fixes the node and the calculation of the pwm timing (not yet verified by measurement).
