gfxml2dto: Add resistive touch platform abstraction and AD7879 support

In order to add another resistive touch controller we need a bit of abstraction. In particular the abstraction is defined by the platform similar to the capacitive touch.

This patch adds the platform specific interrupt information for the resistive touch interface.
