arm64:dts:seco:wilk: Adjust I2C configuration

i2c_config into mtk-v5.15-seco

Change I2C drive strength from 1mA to 8mA on all buses. Change internal pull-up configuration to 2kOhm for all buses except for I2C4, which is set to 1kOhm.
