Add irq header file and move common nodes to a single file

• Added a header file with available IRQs, which is also accessible from meta-seconorth-mtk/kernel/dtbo recip files seco-ne/yocto/layers/meta-seconorth-mtk!51 (diffs)
• Moved common nodes to a separate include file to ease the maintenance of both machines as they are very similar between each other
