dts:wilk: Configure TPM
[WILK-68] TPM is enabled and detected with i2ctools, but to make it work with the driver, the TPM drivers need to be patched. The patch seems to be applied in 6.1 kernel, so let us wait until kernel version bump unless there is a real need to use the TPM.
