arm64:dts:fg0700w0dsswagl1: Fix clock-settings

Tim Jaacks requested to merge fix-7inch-display-clocks into linux-5.4.24-guf

The clock settings were not as specified in the data sheet of the FG0700W0DSSWAGL1 DataImage display. Event though it worked the pixel clock frequency was way too high. Fix this and the other parameters to match the data sheet more precisely.
