arm64:dts:tanaro: Set the Ethernet PHY address to 0 and deprecate HW1.0

The hardware revision 1.0 had a bug with the Ethernet LED. The fix in hardware revision 1.1 made the change of the PHY address necessary.

Thus change the Gigabit Ethernet PHY address from 4 to 0 for TANARO.

This disables the Ethernet PHY for HW revision 1.0. Thus the HW revision 1.0 is deprecated.
