arm64:dts: Use latest display settings for TANARO qp_070wsvgamlli1d

We implemented the QP 070WSVGAMLLI1D prior to the latest changes to the display infrastructure. By change the dsipaly pipeline and not adapting the corresponding device tree for the TANARO QP 070WS... accordingly we broke the support for the current 7" open-frame TANARO.

Fix this by copying the corresponding display settings from the boxed TANARO fg0700w0dsswagl1 variant and adapting the touch controller.
