arm:dts:santino: add parallel display support

Dmitry Petrov requested to merge linux-5.15.32-seco-santino-lcd into linux-5.15.32-seco

Hard code timings for the FG0700Q5DSSWBGL1 display, which is used on SANTINO x2l 7.0.

These timings are for the reference only and will be replaced by gfxml2dto in the post-installation phase.
