trizepsmini:audio change mclk frequency

Commit a31a3700 changes the audio mclk frequency for TANARO. This frequency is inappropriate for the trizeps mini audio codec wm8983. To solve this, the PLL1 frequency is reverted to 393216kHz and the TANARO audio clk is set to AUDIO_PLL2_OUT which is already running at an appropriate frequency.
