bus:ac97: Added AC97 mode to SAI

Added basic AC97 support to the SAI driver. The implementation can't transmit/receive audio but only read and write AC97 registers from audio codecs. The mode was added to support some old resistive touchscreens, that are driven by AC97 codecs (e.g. the Wolfson WM9705 audio codec).
