dts: Added new devicetree for Trizeps 8 Plus v1r3

The ethernet phy and audio codec have changed in the new revision of the Trizeps 8 Plus. Added the new phy to the default tree and created an additional device tree that selects the new phy. The audio codec hasn't been added yet.
