dts: Add a customized devicetree for the new trizeps8plus revision v1r3

Changed PHY properties for the RTL8211F(I) ethernet PHY. The new audio codec is not supported at this time. Created a new dts file for the dual-espresso board and the trizeps8plus_v1r3 revision.
