arm64:dts:tanaro: Lower eMMC max clock to 200MHz
The iMX8M supports a 400MHz clock, however the eMMC performance is not well suited for that. For EMI reasons reduce the eMMC clock to 200MHz. We have not measured any performance drop from this.
