dts:nallino: Add USB Host and OTG and UARTs

Jonas Höppner requested to merge nallino_add_usb into linux-5.10.57-guf

Add the missing USB settings for the NALLINO platform. Now the Host and OTG works with USB sticks and the OTG port with the g_serial module using

modprobe g_serial

Also add the missing UART defines.
