Add the device tree entry for the G&F iMX6 spread spectrum driver. It is included as a module. It is capable of configuring the spread spectrum mechanism for the only spreadable PLL the PLL2.

Oppose to the previous Yoco ports we enable the SSC by default for the SAN* devices. This removes the necessity to include the default XML spread spectrum file.

Also add a label to be ably to overlay it easily.
