arm:dts:SANTINO-LT: Add RS485 and i2C1 support

Add RS485 support for UART1 to SANTINO-LT. Also activate this for other platforms as well and activate full duplex.

Activate I2C1 for all SAN platforms except for SANTINO by activating it in the general SAN* include and deactivate it in the SANTINO device tree. This also adds the keypad I2C1 for SANTINO-LT.
