arm:dts: Use the PLL2 for IPU on SAN platforms and add rotation to the panel-dt

On Rocko and previous Linux ports we introduced spread spectrum for EMI reasons on the display interface. The only PLL that has teh spread spectrum functionality is the system PLL2.

Map all IPU1 and IPU2 display interfaces DI1 and DI2 to teh PLL2_PFD0_352M clock.
