arm:dts:imx6: Add CAN to SANTINO(-LT)

Add CAN support to SANTINO and SANTINO-LT. Move the CAN node to the general SAN* platform include and define the xceiver-supply platform specific.

The CAN interface in SANTINO may be galvanic isolated and there technically would be another xceiver-supply power rail. However, the 5P0_CAN/RS485 power rail is directly derived from reg_5p0 and thus we use the simpler solution here.
