arm:dts: Add initial support for SANTINO-LT

Add support for the Garz & Fricke SANTINO-LT platform. The SANTINO-LT platform is based on an NXP i.MX6 Solo or DualLite. It includes support for an RGB Display, I2C Touch, RS232, RS485, SD-Cards and USB.

Copied from SANTINO and initially modified it.
