NALLINO kernel DTS: raise VDD_SOC-voltages
With the 4.9.88 kernel we've seen, that NXP's default VDD_SOC-voltages cause sporadic PLL stability issues resulting in random crashes and hangs (especially when spread-spectrum clocking is enabled).
We therefore raise the VDD_SOC-voltages to values determined to be safe for all operating points.
