arm:dts: Rework USB for G&F SAN* platforms

Jonas Höppner requested to merge santoka_add_hsic_usb into linux-5.10.32-guf

Rework the power and the definitions of the USB devices. The aim is to enable the SANTOKA USB hub and possibly enable the second Ethernet controller. This might also enable the internal USB on the SANTARO.
