Add support for SECO SANTVEND platform. The SANTVEND platform is based on NXP i.MX6 Solo, DualLite, Dual or Quad SoCs. This platform supports:

Audio;
Buttons;
CAN;
eMMC;
External battery;
I2C Touch Controller;
LEDs;
LVDS Display;
MDB;
RS232;
RTC;
SD-Card;
Temperature Sensor;
USB.

The changes are ported from Yocto Jethro BSP (linux-imx-4.1.15).
