Draft: Add NALLINO audio popping solution

[nallino] Edit fsl_mqs.c and fsl_sai.c drivers to fix audio popping and work with new startup script. Add speaker gpio field to nallino dts. Add nallino_plat global var to fsl_sai.h so that nallino-specific changes can be made without affecting other platforms
