arm: dts: nallino: Prevent disablement of VDD_3P3 regulator

Clemens Terasa requested to merge nallino_fix_VDD_3P3_rgualtor-always-on into linux-5.15.29-guf

The VDD_3P3 should not be disabled, even not logically. Thus prevent this by fixing the typo regulator_always_on to regulator-always-on.
