Fix TANARO RAM instabilities

Tim Jaacks requested to merge fix-tanaro-ram-instabilities into guf_imx_v2019.04_5.4.3_2.0.0

Change RAM-settings from NXP default to 40 Ohm DS and 60 Ohm ODT to fix instabilities esp. with SAMSUNG 304 and Nanya RAMs.

These settings were generated using the following tools from NXP:

  • MX8M_Mini_LPDDR4_RPA_v17.xlsx
  • mscale_ddr_tool_v3.20

These settings have been tested without issues on:

  • 3x v1.0 with SAMSUNG 3S4 RAM
  • 6x v1.1 with SAMSUNG 304 RAM
  • 6x v1.1 with SAMSUNG 3S4 RAM
  • 5x v1.1 with Micron RAM
  • 5x v1.1 with ISSI RAM
  • 5x v1.1 with Nanya RAM at temperatures of 0°C, 25°C and 50°C.
