trizeps8plus: Support for 4GB DRAM

Adds support for Trizeps 8 Plus modules with 4GB RAM

Mostly cherry-picked commits from WUP branch, with (hopefully) resolved conflicts. Additionally: split RAM timings for 2GB and MC3 into separate files
