uboot:board:seco-mx6: add initial seco-mx6 board
Added initial seco-mx6 board.
Escaped kuk_GetOTP for now. imx6 and imx8 fuse description differs and compilation fails for imx6.
Added rtc_type for san boards to guf cmd.
