Update tanaro lpddr4 settings

Tim Jaacks requested to merge update_tanaro_lpddr4_settings into guf_imx_v2020.04-trizeps8plus_2021_12_07

Previous Samsung 1GB 3S4 settings ins 2020.04-branch were an "in-between-step" of the proper RAM-settings for TANARO.

This patch updates these settings to the current state of the 2019.04 branch in preparation for switching TANARO to the newer U-Boot, as well
