[iMX] Fix .bbappend name due to NXP layer update

See merge request !2

Rename imx-sc-firmware%.bbappend due to manifest update.
NXP moved their repos from CodeAurora to GitHub and the commit
that is pointed by the manifest to fix this has an updated version
of the imx-sc-firmware recipe (from 1.2.7.1 to 1.2.10.1).

recipes-bsp/u-boot/u-boot-secoboards_2019.04.bb
file.

Relase tag 3.2.0 with support for [C20] [C26] and an hotfix for
PICe.

Change hash to follow new uboot and linux-kernel BSP9 tag 3.1.0
release.
Now recipies point to last commit of release repositories.
imx-mkimage is not changed in this release and hash is not updated
