[C57][Overlay] Add LVDS 1024x600 overlay

Add LVDS 1024x600 overlay for C57 boards.

The overlay has been refactored from previous merge request. It was the result of a de-compilation of a .dtbo so it wasn't easy to read. Now it has been uniformed to other overlays.
