[MANIFEST][IMX][RK] Switched to develop branches

Tobias Poganiuch requested to merge kirkstone/develop_working_build into kirkstone/develop

Changed the seco-imx and seco-rk layer to kirkstone/develop. This way, we always pull the most recent changes during the development.
