[RAUC][RK][FIX] Fix system.conf file about disk layout used for RK
The indexes of the partitions in uboot_rk.conf (system.conf file at run time for RK-based boards) were not correct. Now fixed them. Before, during the test, the first rauc update for the rootfs went well but after the second one the system was not able to boot and reach the user space.
