Configuration Tool

Add configuration tool used to create Yocto's projects. Example of usage:

yoctouser@sa-rd002:~/workdir/yocto_test_config$ ls
downloads  layers  seco-setup.sh
yoctouser@sa-rd002:~/workdir/yocto_test_config$

Configuration                        Description
