Revert "[DEFCONFIG] Enable Mali CSF based GPU support"

This reverts commit 2eda0119376c95aa220ee6de03c03f86c412501f, which enables support for CSF-based GPUs. This breaks the video on E09 whose GPU does not support CSF. This configuration is moved to yocto and only applied to rk3588.
