This layer will be parent layer for those layers defining an hardware
support (is an architectural layer, based on the definition used in
Edgehog).
The purpose of this layer is to collect all common parts between all
(seco) architectural layers present in Edgehog); e.g. classes, licencing
file, templates for recipes, ... .
