[UTILS] Fix incorrect handling of multiline shell variables

Andrii Sosiuk requested to merge cleaos-854-incorrect-processing-multiline-shell-variables into scarthgap

source_script function incorrectly processed multiline environment variables defined in the system, retaining only the first line of each value. This has been fixed.
