[U-BOOT][RK3568] Resolve error in compilation with Kirkstone 4.0.5

The compilation task fails when all the dtb file are compiled and this occurs only on Kirkstone 4.0.5 (with the older version 4.0.0 there was no problem in compilation). This patch remove, from the Makefile, all not used dtb file.

[RK][WIC] Change list of additional tasks about WIC creation

Rockchip chips require addition tasks to add to the WIC image creation procedure. These tasks are provided by Rockchip and are generally common for all SOCs. Today we have some differences in the management of the creation of the u-boot.bin file, between the RK3399 and RK356x P/N. This patch removes those addition tasks in the common part and places them (only those useful for the particular P/N) in the specific SOC's file.
